Awakenings

This little beauty was crawling about looking a little dazed
at finding herself in 2008. So I gave her some honey,
and ten minutes later she buzzed off.

Good grief - size matters in Bee World. I went googling to see if the
proboscis works by sucking food, or gathering it up (it sucks).
Along the way, I found that longer tongues had been seen as
advantageous, but now this is controversial. Well, well.
